Through our webshop, privacy-sensitive data, or personal data, is processed. Walldelivery B.V. considers the careful handling of personal data of great importance. We, therefore, process and secure personal data carefully.

In our processing, we comply with the requirements of the privacy legislation. This means, among other things, that we:

clearly specify our purposes before we process personal data, via this privacy statement;
limit our collection of personal data to only those personal data that are necessary for legitimate purposes;
first request explicit consent to process your personal data in cases where your consent is required; take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data, including the requirements of parties processing personal data on our behalf;
Respect your right to access, correct or delete your personal data at your request.

Order processing

When you place an order with us, we use your personal information to be able to process it properly. We may then give your personal information to our delivery service to the order to be delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.

For this, we use your e-mail address, telephone number, billing address, follow-up data, and payment information. We do this on the basis of your permission. We keep this information until your order is completed. We retain certain customer data for a longer period of time due to the statutory tax retention obligation.

Providing to third parties

We cooperate with certain companies that may receive your personal data from us.

Your account

Certain parts of our webshop require you to register first. You must then enter information about yourself and choose a user name. This will create an account, where you can log in with that user name and a password of your choice.

For this, we use your payment details, e-mail address, name and address, billing address and telephone number. We do this based on your permission. We keep this information until you close the account.

We keep this information so that you do not have to fill it in again and again and so that we can contact you as part of the execution of the agreement. You can change information via your account whenever you want.

Providing to third parties

We cooperate with certain companies that may receive your personal data from us.

Advertising

Walldelivery will use your details, which we have obtained within the framework of your purchase after your purchase, to inform you about new products. You can object to this by using the unsubscribe option offered in our communication. Your email address will not be provided to third parties. 

You can object to this advertising at any time. Each e-mail contains an unsubscribe link. You can block us or use the unsubscribe option. You can also pass this on through your account. 

Email advertising with a subscription to the newsletter

If you register for our newsletter, we will use the information required for this or separately provided by you to regularly send you our e-mail newsletter based on your consent in accordance with article 6 paragraph 1 S. 1 lit. a AVG.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by sending a message to the contact option described below or via a link included in the newsletter for this purpose. After unsubscribing, we will delete your email address unless you have expressly agreed to further use of your data or we reserve the right to further use data which is legally permitted and about which we inform you in this statement.

Location data

If required by the service, we may collect location data (GPS) from you. Your permission to do so will be requested at the moment.

This (location) data may also be stored and processed by the provider of, for example, the navigation/map software, such as Google Maps, but the data may also be used by, for example, Google or Apple itself. We have no control over this. Always read the privacy statements of the respective provider.

Provision to other companies or institutions

With the exception of the partners mentioned above, we will not give your personal data to other companies or institutions under any circumstances, unless we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. if the police require us to do so on suspicion of a criminal offense).

In our webshop, you will find social media buttons. The managers of these services collect your personal data.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our store. We have concluded a processing agreement with Google. This agreement contains strict agreements about what they can keep track of. We allow Google to use the Analytics information obtained for other Google services. We do not allow Google to anonymize IP addresses.

Security

Security of personal data is very important to us. We ensure that your details are securely stored with us. We always adjust the security and pay close attention to what can go wrong.

Changes to this privacy statement

We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy statement. It is recommended that you consult this privacy statement regularly so that you are aware of these changes. We will do our best to announce changes separately.

Access, modification, and deletion of your data

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

In accordance with art. 15 AVG, you have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us, to the extent that this information is described therein;

In accordance with art. 16 AVG, you have the right to demand immediate correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us;

In accordance with art. 17 AVG, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored with us, unless further processing is required.
- to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information;
- to comply with a legal obligation;
- on grounds of public interest, or
- The exercise or defense of any right of action is required;

In accordance with art. 18 AVG, the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data, to the extent that
- you deny the accuracy of the data;
- the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to delete it;
- we no longer need the data, but you do need it to initiate, exercise or defend legal proceedings, or
- has objected to the processing in accordance with Article 21 of the AVG;

In accordance with Art. 20 AVG, you have the right to receive the personal data you have provided us with in a structured, up-to-date and machine-readable format or to request its transfer to another responsible party;
The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with art. 77 AVG. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or work or of our head office.

Filing a complaint

If you feel that we are not helping you in the right way, you have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisor. This is called the Personal Data Authority.
